Reminder calls. Because the appointment was created so long ago, it is often necessary to call these patients further ahead of time than a normal confirmation and either confirm or reschedule. Appointment calls. For patients not already scheduled for an appointment, we can place a call to schedule their appointment a month or so before they are due for their annual checkup.
