The day started just like any other day for Dr. Jones. She woke up, had her coffee and breakfast, then drove in her car to her office. She smiled the whole way because, well, she knew what was in store.
She arrived to the pleasant sound of her staff and patients chatting. No phones were ringing off the hook, no receptionists were arguing with insurance companies. Her patients were smiling, eager to see her because they knew she always had time to listen to their concerns.
Her office manager’s desk was remarkably free of clutter as Dr. Jones left the waiting room. Ever since she’d hired that call service, hundreds of sticky notes no longer littered the walls and furniture, reminding staff to do everything from confirm appointments to send reminder cards.
Dr. Jones spent the day pleasantly helping her patients. She didn’t have to worry about rushing through her lunch to make phone calls or file patient forms. She even managed to leave on time to hit the gym; she didn’t have mountains of paperwork to finish. She locked the office door securely behind her, confident that tomorrow would bring another peaceful and productive day!
