Pre-appointment reminder calls
If your office makes use of pre-appointments for scheduling annual exams, we’ll get in touch with patients 1-3 weeks ahead to confirm the time and date selected a year ago. Otherwise, how will you know if the appointment still works with the patient’s schedule?
If patients need to reschedule, we can do that too. And if we can’t get ahold of them the first time, we’ll keep trying as the appointment date approaches. This reduces your risk of no-shows and lets the patient reschedule if needed.
Patient reactivations
Our patient reactivation system is designed to mine your database for patients who haven’t been seen up to ten years previously. Why? Because appointments scheduled from these lists tend to generate more revenue. In addition, the information gathered from such calls is useful in determining why a patient might choose another provider. The calls can also reveal wrong numbers, wrong addresses and patients who should be marked as inactive.
