Adjusting to a new time schedule (ahem, daylight savings) can really take a toll on your sleeping patterns and your overall health. Sticking to your regular schedule (as opposed to staying up later because your body is used to it) can really help in the long run. Be as consistent as possible with eating, social activities and sleep patterns (and avoid long naps if possible) to help your body adjust to the new time as soon as possible.
